Terms & Conditions of Sale

 

1. Ownership of Artwork

Upon purchase, the buyer becomes the legal owner of the physical artwork. Ownership of the artwork does not grant any rights to reproduce, copy, or commercially exploit the image.

 

2. Copyright & Reproduction Rights

The artist retains the copyright and all intellectual property rights to the artwork, including but not limited to the right to reproduce the artwork as prints, digital files, or merchandise. The buyer may not reproduce or distribute the artwork without prior written consent from the artist.

 

3. Reproductions

The artist reserves the right to create and sell reproductions (e.g., prints, digital images, merchandise) of any artwork sold, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

4. Commissions

For commissioned works, specific agreements regarding reproduction rights may be made in writing prior to the commencement of the work. Unless explicitly stated, the artist retains copyright.
